What This Skill Does

Executes the plan in AGENTS.md to build the MVP incrementally, testing after each feature. Requires AGENTS.md and agent_docs/.

The Build Workflow

Plan -> Execute -> Verify

Plan Phase - Read AGENTS.md, propose implementation, wait for approval

Execute Phase - Build ONE feature at a time

Verify Phase - Run tests, fix issues, update progress
